The Twin Room Right is exactly like the opposite Twin Room Left, only a little bit larger and has a small terrace where 2 or 3 can sit and have breakfast, while looking onto our patio and Santa Maria Novella s roof. These are the only rooms in the Casa Howard Firenze with a moquette. The room also has an original frescoed wooden ceiling; -the Twin Room Left is a small, elegant and cosy room, decorated with pearl grey wood panelling, original antique wood beamed ceiling, and heavy dark red velvet curtains. The accommodation is very quiet, as it looks onto our patio.

The Camel Room at the 2nd floor of Casa Howard Firenze looks onto the patio, is coloured in bright avocado green, has modern striped curtains and a lovely madras checked divan that can become an extra bed. It has a cast-iron fireplace, its en-suite bathroom walls are decorated in fake marble.1 window gives to some roofs of the S. M. Novella Basilica complex; -the Black and White Room, in which a blown-up reproduction of Monet s Olympia covers a wall (Review by TimeOut)- is in all shades from black to white. It has its original Florentine tile floor both in the room and in the bathroom, and a 1970s look. The bath tub is in the room, separate from the bathroom. There is a zebra armchair to relax, and a comfortable desk. The 2 windows look on to Via della Scala.; -The Library, with two windows onto Via della Scala, is next to the Oriental Room and is a real library, full of books and belongings from the Owner's parents around the world journeys and car races. It has original floors in Graniglia Veneziana and a big 19th century French desk at the bottom of the bed. There is a lovely couch in green casentino wool that can become an extra bed. The small bathroom is covered in mirrors and old Florentine tiles.

This is a specially designed room in Casa Howard Firenze for for parents travelling with their children. With a funny climbing wall, an original Walt Disney video library, a very nice frescoed room with its en-suite living room annex that can lodge 2 children and 1 baby, it suits any young couple expectation . Its annexed sitting room has a special wall for free climbing (at your own risk), 2 single beds, and an old bar-iron cot turned into a small couch.The Playroom is both looking onto Via della Scala and on a small back courtyard, not facing the Santa Maria Novella Basilica complex. A very comfortable bath tub can help in managing 2 children and a baby. A wide collection of old fairy tale books may be enjoyable by our younger guests. The room has wi-fi connections, air conditioning, SAT TV and video player, tea making facilities, telephone, hairdryer, heated bathroom floors, a free climbing wall.

The Hidden Room is a small, cosy, sensual red room hidden next to the entrance and to a wonderful terrace where Casa Howard Firenze Guests have tea when it is not too hot outside, looking onto some magnificent roofs of the S. M. Novella Basilica complex. It has a gigantic capiton bed head that takes up all the wall. In the bedroom there is a large sunken bathtub and a shower in a glass box. The accommodation is very quiet as it looks on to our patio the Garden Room is the smallest room in Casa Howard Firenze, very cosy and tranquil at the ground floor, it has a direct access from the Via della Scala next to the owner's Studio. It looks on to the patio and has striking rasberry and pink striped taffeta curtains and a pretty bed in orange and mauve piquet.

We were hard pushed to decide between the extravagant Drawing Room in soigne black, and the lavish Oriental Room with its emperor-sized bed and its huge chinese ancient silk embroided rug ..hanging over the fireplace. The bed can become twin and the floor is in oriental black painted wood. It has an unusual fireplace in metal and brass, a walk-in closet. The very pretty bathroom has a gigantic lacquered shower. The room has wi-fi connections, air conditioning, SAT TV, tea making facilities, telephone, hairdryer, heated floors, a fireplace.

This magnificent Studio Room that can be rented when the Owners are not in Florence, giving into the private patio, has been utterly featured on the international press. It has a sitting room with a comfortable sofa that can become an extra bed for a child, a spiral staircase that takes you to a cosy raised floor where there is a queen size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a white marble fireplace and a central tub on 4 legs. This Casa Howard Firenze beautiful suite is accessed through a wonderful library-winery-sitting room not included in the rate, if you like you can rent the entire apartment. It has easy access to the Turkish Bath, or Hammam, and to the private courtyard where only a wall separate you from the worldwide famous tAntica Farmacia dei Profumi di Santa Maria Novella.

The Drawing Room looks onto Via della Scala (2 large windows) wonderful graniglia floors, white stuccos on the quite-black walls, the many standing lights, the abat jours sitting on the ancient Chinese furnitures, together with frames featuring original photographs of the owner family in their 50 till 90, all contribute to the homely athmosphere. There is also a sitting room with a big green velvet couch that can be made in to an extra bed.
